A 6-month mentorship supporting sound practitioners to bring their work into the professional field with clarity, confidence, and embodied authority.

This mentorship is designed for sound practitioners who have completed their training and are ready to step into real-world practice - with structure, integrity, and self-trust.
One hour 1-1 online session every month for 6 months along with homework and actionable steps.


The Structure

  • 6 months (one session per month)

  • 1 x 60-minute private mentoring call each month

  • Personalised guidance based on where you are

  • Reflection prompts and integration questions provided

Each session builds on the last, creating a coherent and steady progression.

MONTH 1: Vision, Identity & Energetic Positioning

How you speak before what you sell

Clarify your brand essence, articulate what makes your work distinct, and learn how to speak about your practice with confidence and grounded authority.

MONTH 3: Crafting Signature Offerings & Pricing

Turning purpose into sustainable work

Design your services, understand ethical pricing, and learn how to package transformation rather than time. Offers begin to land cleanly and confidently.

MONTH 4: Event Creation, Budgeting & Sales Strategy

From idea to profitable event

Plan and price events, understand costs and margins, and build a simple marketing plan that supports sales without overwhelm.


MONTH 5: Embodied Confidence, Visibility & Leadership

Being seen without burning out

Work with visibility fears, comparison, and self-doubt while strengthening facilitator presence and leadership capacity.


MONTH 6: Pitching, Partnerships & Professional Expansion

A Stepping into the wider field

Learn how to pitch to studios, brands, and organisations, write clear proposals, and build a professional reputation that is referable and respected.
